Im 5'8, I think he is around 6'2. Hes skinny, but im small and skinny. Im quick on my feet and am i fast, but my punches are decently strong. A few things:
What muscles do I workout before I plan to fight him to help me win?
Two how should i block punches, or should i just stick to dodges because most of them around just gonna be aimed at my face
