So I have been with my spouse for a little over 5 years altogether now and married for 1 year. This past year has been very difficult and I finally realized my spouse is a narcissist, after seeing a therapist for the last eleven months. I have decided I want a divorce, but am dreading the conversation. Due in part to always avoiding conflict and confrontation (thanks to my personality), and also the fact that the spouse has been "behaving" - or I guess a better term would be "love bombing" recently and I expect them to make things difficult. What is the best way to open up the conversation?
