I feel this void in me when im home alone and unoccupied. And when i am in this state i try to find ways to distract myself eg binge watching shows, games, playing guitars but still the feeling creeps in on me and i just stop dead in my tracks. Im just wondering if there's anyone out there experiencing something similar and ways theyve managed this feeling.
