So, while I'm mostly a Grinch, for a number of years, I've had my list of must watch Xmas movies, but upon reflection, it's a short list, and I'd like to get up to having one a day, leading right up to Xmas day, which is reserved for "A Christmas Story."
Not deliberately, but a running theme seems to be movies that take place around Xmas, but with few exceptions, the holiday isn't the main focus.
The list, so far: Trading Places
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Bad Santa
Happy (New Addition)
Die Hard
A Christmas Story (only for Christmas day)
So good folks of r/movies, what classics am I missing. And please avoid the stop motion movies from the 60's, I know about them, just don't care to watch them.
Edit: Movies added by Reddit:
Gremlins
Scrooged
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
Santa Slay
The Ref.
