I just saw this movie and the movie as a whole is so sad and unhappy. But i thought atleast it has an end where the earth is safe. But boy was i wrong! The pods veer off course and Miranda's pod goes off into outer space and David's pod ALONG WITH CALVIN ends up on Earth. This twist really blew my mind.
