Do you think the individual(s) being filmed can justify attacking the one filming? In particular, you are some random person filming people you do not know. Wouldn't you be mad if someone had the nerve to film you and not bother hiding the fact they are? Also, would you take the risk filming, with the chance the "subjects" being filmed will lash out at you?
