What animated film do you think has the best overall animation quality?

I just rewatched Moana for a project in my Asian Mythology course, and I was really struck by just how absolutely gorgeous the animation quality is. Maybe it doesn't have the same WOW/thrill factor of the motorcycle and helicopter action sequences in Incredibles 2, but I feel like the explosions of color and the tapestry of environments in Moana is just so breathtaking. And some of the character designs of the new supers in Incredibles 2 didn't feel "right" with the art of the overall movie. Yet for action sequences, Incredibles 2 clearly takes the cake for me. The lighting and pacing of some of the sequences are some of my favorite animated sequences of all time because of how jaw-dropping they are.

Yet for me, every single frame in Moana adds to its artistic atmosphere. The ocean as a character, the lush colors of the tropical landscapes, the demented colors and demons in Lalotai, the way the lights reflect off of Tamatoa during Shiny. In terms of the overall sense of artistry and beauty captured by the animation itself, Moana far exceeds every animated film I can think of off the top of my head. Even though I definitely like several other Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks films as "films" over Moana (Toy Story 3 is my all-time favorite movie). Which movies do that for you guys?
