Every now and then I get a new follower or PM on instagram from accounts that have 0 posts, 0 followers and follow 0 people, or they follow like 10 people and have between a hundred and a thousand followers. They are always supposed to be women with account names that are a name and a bunch of random numbers, if they have any pictures they're all provocative pics (sometimes you can even tell they're not the same woman in different photos) and basic info like "I live in somewhere, USA, I like Sport and Football" with a couple of emojis and the sort. Sometimes they have a link too but I'm not willing to follow it. When it's a PM it's always something flirty.
My question is: Who's really behind this and what are they trying to accomplish? I keep my account public (nothing to hide, I don't post personal stuff) so it's not like somebody trying to see my stuff.
