I just started a new job about a month ago working in a hospital with newborns. I know with this job since I am working with the babies, there are certain rules I have to abide by for the safety of the them and others, (no wearing perfume, no artificial nails, etc.) Knowing this, a dilemma has arisen in my health and I will be immunosuppressed. I’m not sure if this will be an issue or not when it comes to my job. Will I be let go? Am I allowed to work with infants while being immunosuppressed?
