Hey ya’ll! I’m trying this new thing called no drinking. I KNOW, CRAZY. I’ve been drinking since I was 16 (now 26) but only on weekends. I don’t NEED alcohol but I always had a good time on the weekends with friends.
Recently I’ve been binging a bit more than usual on the weekends and have been feeling ashamed of the aftermath so that’s my main reason of stopping. My real goal is just for a month but if I like it enough, who knows, maybe I’ll stop for good.
Sad part: I honestly can’t remember the last time I had two full days of no work soberness...don’t judge.
Fun part: I can do so many activities! No hangover means I get a whole extra two days of free time? WHAT?!
Question: I’m limited activity wise but what are some fun, new, weird things I can do/ besides the norm (ie. read, Netflix, games...)?
