People romanticize time travel all the time, but if you think about it from an evolutionary standpoint, humans have evolved to be immune to certain diseases, and we all carry these diseases (but we aren’t affected by them). With this in mind, going back in time would kill every one who was exposed to you and going in the future would kill YOU.
