If having good posture is supposed to be good for your body, why does it require so much effort?
I have pretty bad posture and I'm having a hard time correcting it. What advice or tools do you use?
My problem is that I have unconsciously made myself arch my back way too much and I want to be able to tuck my hips more in line and have my shoulders not slouching. Someone told me before that it may be because my back muscles are way stronger than my ab muscles.
