Movies where Hero has to be self-sacrificial, gets to me. (And where they finally gain the father figure's respect) Some silly examples: Planes Fire & Rescue. That kids movie has no right to be this good. My kid was restarting this movie every meal time, finally I saw the movie in full and the climax was all manly tears for me. Similarly, Wreck-it Ralph. Oh man the scene with “I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.” in the finale got to me badly.
I want to see more movies like that. Does not have to be animation.
