I got memories about a movie I saw when I was younger (1998-2000), I would love to see it once again. I don't remember much about it, I know its about 2 or 3 students that got bullied alot and its quite violent for must of the film, they got a fight between them, one got killed at the end. I think he stoled a gun or something. Theres a scene wheres the bully close the lights nor lock down a teenager in the pool/changing room and beat the shit outta him.
(If I remember correctly the actor who did the bully had long blond hair)
