It starts out as acapella and flute, then a man starts singing in a soft voice , other instruments are stringed but I can't put my finger on it exactly, I think that he says at some point "and whe-re we go i ju-st don't know to-dayyyyy", however that came up empty on lyric searches. Era I think is from 1965 to 2000.
