I think it’s truly one of his hidden gems. The term should not be thrown around lightly but I’ve rarely ever heard it discussed even though it’s one of his best films, period. Thrilling and funny in equal measure and one of his most well-paced man on the run flicks. Memorable villains and a cracking central romance to boot, and lovely little sequences like an encounter with some circus performers!
