I Want to Burn Fat / Gain Muscle... Need Help (17M)

As a preface to this post, I want to say sorry for posting here. r/fitness would not let me post it for some reason so here I am.

I have had body image issues since I was in middle school. There was a spell between 6th Grade to 10th Grade that I was overweight and it wasn't until I was in the 10th Grade that I decided to do something about it.

The highest weight I reached was 210 pounds. I was 15 years old and roughly 5'11. This was my worst physical shape and it had a huge effect on my mental health. I couldn't stand to look at myself in the mirror, especially without a shirt on. Once I saw the scale tip over 200 I knew it was time to do something about my weight. I did some research and became more aware of what food was and how it effected my body. I immediately began eating cleaner and restricting calories. I went from eating 3000+ calories a day to around 800-1200 (I know now that may not have been the healthiest thing for me, but it worked).

After about 15 months of eating better and exercising, I dropped down 150 pounds. I continued to be very health conscience for the next year. Last summer (summer after junior year,) I did keto for a bit and got down to my lowest weight thus far, 140 pounds. I did not do any measurements, but I still had a bit of body fat that was keeping me from being able to see muscles underneath. However, I was extremely happy and confident with my body.

I have gained roughly 15 pounds since November. I spent Thanksgiving week in Costa Rica where I consumed copious amounts of rice and beans (totally worth it,) and Christmas/holiday season ensued shortly after that. Starting in December, I got back into the gym and as a Christmas gift from my parents, I got a month of personal training. We talked a lot about diet and where I wanted to be as far as physique. He gave me a meal plan that was 2400 calories daily that split 40/40/20 protein, carbs, and fat respectively.

I am now 6'1 at 165 pounds and 14.55% body fat. Ideally, I would like to be in the 10-12% range to appear lean and chiseled. I don't necessarily want to be "ripped," I just want to look tight and fit.

So, my main question is what kind of exercise should I be doing, and what (if any) changes should I make to my diet?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

TL;DR: I am 6'1, 165 pounds at 14.55% body fat. I want to be in the 10-12% range and need some advice on how to get there.
