Is it illegal if you hold a gun and ask random person in the street "hey, do you like my gun? can you please give me all your money?" and he gives it?

I mean you have the license for the weapon and it doesn't need to be loaded, also you don't aim to that person, you just show the gun casually. Then that person (scared that he may get killed) will give you all the money. Would it be legal?
