Sleeping tips and tricks?

I’ve recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and one of the symptoms I’ve been experiencing is serious sleep problems... It takes me hours to fall asleep even if I feel exhausted and lay in the pitch black with no sound or technology on, I can’t stay asleep and often wake up (especially when a dream ends, which is weird?), then I always wake up groggy and still tired so generally have to nap during the day. I’m only 20 and I’m a student who also works 22 hours a week so this routine of crap sleeping is really affecting me...

When I’m on my own I tend to stick on an audiobook and that makes me fall asleep sometimes but I live with my boyfriend and he can’t sleep to my audiobooks (and earphones hurt my ears so I can’t use them). Are there any tips, tricks or products that have helped anyone with similar issues? I’ve tried the ThisWorks Sleep Spray but found it gives me vivid dreams that make me wake up through the night and feel tired in the morning still.

I’m writing this desperately needing help at 2:45am, so any suggestions welcome haha! Thank you, loves x
