Viral Post

So I know I'm really late to post about this but I need to let someone know what I think about the Jumanji Movie from 2018

So first of all, this is my first post on this subreddit so I'm not 100% sure what y'all will think of my "reaction".

So I will mainly be focusing on if the Jumanji game was a real video game.

So any gamer may have noticed this, but the game characters (like Bravestone and Roundhouse Ruby and not the people playing as them) that this would NOT be a very balanced game at all. I mean, I like the idea that each character has a different role in the game, but I hate how Bravestone is the fastest runner, the strongest fighter, etc. and being the only character in the game without any weaknesses, making him too OP.

The character Fridge plays as (I forgot his character's name) runs very slow compared to everyone else, he gives weapons to Bravestone (only once in the entire movie), he has the the most random strengths and weaknesses, like being a biologist was completely useless throughout the "game" until the very end where he rides the elephant so I think Fridge was only there for convenience of having 2 guys (not only having one dude with 2 girls) and character development throughout the movie and was completely useless if this was a real game.

Now onto Ruby Roundhouse's only weakness: Venom. I think this being her only weakness wasn't the best idea and I can't exactly tell what venom would do to the other characters if they ever get poisoned so I'm gonna have to do some guessing here. I think the only reason her only weakness is venom is because maybe venom does damage over time to the other characters and only kills Ruby with one hit.

That's all I got for now so after I watch it again and think about it some more I will edit this post with the new ideas I came up with or I will completely rewrite it on another post. Anyway, thanks for reading my post and comment if you have any ideas that maybe I should know about.
