So, I quite enjoyed The Lego Movie 2, not perfect but good. My biggest concern, however, is something I noticed after I left the theater that may or may not be wrong.
Batman and Queen Watevra Wa'Nabi's relationship is totally based off of manipulation. I mean, the only reason Batman fell in love with her was because she lied to him to manipulate him into getting what she wanted. And for character who is supposed to be good, that's pretty shitty.
Idk. I may be overthinking it, but there may be something I missed or I don't know. I noticed that they kept arguing over who was going to sacrifice themselves, so maybe I'm wrong. Am I missing something?
