Now initially I would think that if you’re asking for a lawyer that would make you look suspicious, but no. Police are trained to lie and bend your words, which I don’t understand at all. Why wouldn’t they just be truthful and not act in a way where they just want to believe you’re guilty? Also, lawyers aren’t allowed to tell the court what you told them, but doesn’t that just sound more suspicious? I mean I thought they’re not allowed to lie in court so why does it seem like it’s legal for them to hold what a guilty client says? Are they allowed to just tell what’s true and not say anything about the bad parts? I thought the saying included “...the whole truth” in that court question. If you’re hiring a private criminal defense lawyer, that just screams “I’m guilty” doesn’t it? And how come if there’s undeniable evidence for a person’s guilt why should they hire a lawyer to lower the penalty? I mean the law is the law, I thought a code of regulations provided by such a grand country would be stronger than some charismatic bargaining. Explain??
