I remember that when I was young I had watched a movie with my father. I’m 17 right now, so I probably watched to movie sometime between 2004-2007. I remember being a little kid at the time. All I remember about the movie was that there was this boy who had a strong friendship with a girl. I remember the girl always wore a yellow raincoat and he came across her one day skating on top of water as if it were ice. Then I remember them walking into this circus tent and there was a ringmaster who the girl was terrified of. I remember the girl having blond, curly hair? It has been so long since I’ve seen the movie, but I think about it occasionally and it bothers me that I can’t find it online.
Edit: I also remember that the ringmaster tried to separate the boy and the girl and tried to take the girl somewhere? Almost as if he was kidnapping her.
