Just a kinda shower thought about how the reporter in this movie was asking Solomon all sorts of questions and him trying to understand why she wanted the story asked her in return "so when the people in America hear about these horrors they'll come help us?" And she says "no, probably not".
It's kinda messed up really all sorts of horrible things happening around the world and to us far away from it all its just a segment on the news for a short while and then forgotten.
Similar to a lot of global crisis, we hear about it then theres some protests and support and then the next story overshadows it and it goes to the back burner.... I dunno just a thought like I said but one day we're really gonna screw ourselves with this attitude.
