Can a landlord enter your apartment to show it new potential residents before you move out if they just give you a notice before they come in? I thought they had to ask our permission before they could bring anyone in to see the actual apartment but our landlord just put a notice on our door saying they are entering on Friday to show potential residents the apartment. We’re moving out May 4 and the lease technically doesn’t end until May 31, so they have an entire month where they can bring people in to see the apartment.
