I need to crowd source my conscience. I returned a pair of higher end boots from an online-only brand due to sizing issues. Apparently there was an error in their return flow which resulted in a delay in processing my return. I emailed them and they immediately fixed it and sent me the correct sized product. A few weeks later, I'm assuming they finally received my return and their system decided to send me ANOTHER pair of the same boots. I didn't need two of the same pair so I sent it back saying 'other' in the reasons. This has now given me a store credit which I could use to buy a separate pair of boots that I've been eyeing at no cost due to the return error in my favor.
Should I use this credit and get what I really want or just leave it unredeemed?
