I've done some looking online and saw another person had a similar feeling, that when the drip starts going there's this coldness that starts to spread through your body.
My personal experience, I went to the ER one time and they gave me an IV drip and as soon as it started I got really cold. I had to have it in until the whole drip was gone and they gave me this strong painkiller (i think it was) which made me loopy. So painkiller included I couldn't stop shivering and tripled up on blankets.
Is the cold feeling because of the medicine that's in the drip or because of the person's reaction to it?
