Hi, I am an international student currently in US, and I need to file Form 8843 to IRS by the 15th of April. I have completed the form but I do not know where to mail the form to. I am currently living in New York and after visiting IRS site and many other website, they did not say anything about where to mail the Form 8843 from NEW York. I need help!
