With Avengers: Endgame concluding over a decade of films reflecting on the series only feels right. In my opinion this is one of the most ambitious feats that a movie studio has every put together in film. I don't think they always knew what the entire plan was, but the way they kept building on the universe was astounding and very similar to comic books. At this point does the MCU mean anything anymore or has it run it's course? Will the series ever need to end? We're about to get several movies and Disney+ TV series so the answer is obviously no, but I think we are at a bubble of what people want to see from the MCU at this point.
