I've been racking my brain trying to remember what movie this is from but there's a scene where two rival groups meet at the beach in order to exchange prisoners, the prisoners are released and walking toward each other but one of the prisoners attacks the other one and is able to free himself while recapturing the prisoner he attacked
Edit : it finally came to me. It wasn't a movie but a scene from Boardwalk Empire. Thanks to everyone who tried to help out
