When no one comments about your performance at work, it's either you're doing a good job or they have completely gave up on your ability.

As someone struggling for 10 years in the F&B industry, it's been hell for me since I was not equipped with the basic organization and priority skills growing up. Now, thanks to a bit of experience I finally got by without hearing a comment about my work.
