Suicide Squad (6/10) The pinnacle of DC’s bad judgment. A half-ass directed, generically written, poorly paced shitshow.

Venom (6/10) Sony’s disastrous attempt at a universe. Zero plot, bad filmmaking, and they have absolutely no sense of what tone to give the movie.

Hellboy (5/10) Wasteful. The pace is all over the place, terribly bland, and along with Venom it’s one of the laziest pieces of shit I’ve seen in the past couple years.

Suicide Squad has scenes I’d call pretty good, despite the shit writing I found most of the cast were good, the team scenes had a bit of charm too.

Venom has some quirky scenes with Tom Hardy acting like a drunk/mentally handicapped person I didn’t mind, if he was portrayed as an anti hero or villain some of these scenes wouldn’t be terrible, the sound of the movie with Tom Hardy’s Venom voice and Ludwig Goransson’s score and Venom’s sound effects is actually well done.
