Looking back and removing nostalgia - Shark Tale lowkey feels like a product of its time. I'm not saying it's forgotten, but it's one of the few Dreamworks movies that kind of maybe got stuck in the 2000's.
Even looking back some of the jokes and characters were just the actors themselves, cept it was them surrounded by water? I'm also astounded by the animation and obvious product placement lol. I get films have them inserted, but ST really went all out.
It's tough to explain.. I mean, you'd think with all those A-listers this would be a huge cultural event for cinema? Hmm..
