Ok so I have two questions for people who speak Chinese and other logogram languages:

In America because of the phonetic language when we don't know a word we try to pronounce it by it's sounds, like bu- bu- bug- buggy. Do you guys have something else similar to this or so you guys just ask what the word is?

Would things like redo, do, and doing have similar symbols, different symbols, or do the extra parts (I forgot the name) have extraneous symbols?
