I remember watching this movie as a kid but can’t seem to remember what it’s called but loved it. it’s a horror thriller movie if I remember correctly I remember very few details from it but here is what I remember
There is some sort of monster or curse that kills those who think about it but not instantly it slowly drives them insane because they can’t forget about it
I vaguely remember the quote that is along the lines of “how can you forget about something”
radios may have played a part
I have been trying on and off for years to figure out what this is so any ideas are helpful
Also I faintly remember there being exposition about it in a small jungle country possibly where it originated
