I have few friends who works at daycare and based on her stories, it sounds like it runs like fast food chain except with more rules and protocols. Has regional managers, manager, and young employees who get paid minimum wage. Is it because of posssible liabilities and such? Idk much about it but I got curious bc it sounded like a rlly good business.
