In Fast Five when Dom and Brian are discussing getting the team together, Dom is mentioning individual traits needed in team members for the heist. He says “we need a fast-talker, someone who can bullshit their way out of anything ”. Taking into account that these movies are fun and not exactly built on their strength of script, why would a gang of high-end criminals want this to be what someone brings to the table? Since when is this a skill? And at what point does this type of “skill” come in handy that they need one person specifically for it?
