Is this legit? Or is this too good to be true?

I don't know if I'm in the right subreddit for this but I need help verifying if this is real because my mom and her friends are planning to buy "Nano-ion Spec Eyewear" I've tried to look for things like studies but I can't seem to find anything that proves their claims to be true. Here's something from their Facebook page:

With 2 years of clinical trials of hospital treatment in Taipei, it has been proven that IONSPEC/ NANOSPEC Spectacles are capable of releasing infrared energy and Far ions that surround the eye area that will improve blood circulation and accelerate metabolism. This releases "free radical" toxins, increases the vitality of eye cells, anti-blu-ray, and lowers eye pressure to improve the treatment of eye diseases. NANOSPEC IONSPEC can help improve many eye diseases, including myopia, presbyopia, astigmatism, dry eyes, various headaches, blood pressure control and glaucoma prevention.

The First and Only Specs in the Whole World Classified as Medical... is now available in Phils!!! 6 in1 MGI-SPECs eyeglasses: - Nano Silver - Anti-Radiation - Organic Germanium stone - Negative ion - UV rays - Far Infrared (F.I.R) SEEDS 5
