So recently I got hired by a large city on the east coast and will be attending a regional police academy with a 150 other recruits. I’m so nervous when I think about I feel like throwing up. I know I can pass the pt test (lost 60 pounds in preparation) but I’m still so nervous about the pt and everything else. I’m scared that I’ll embarrass myself and my family. Will anything help?
