I mean you'd feel like you're living a fantasy or sci fi worlds or something and then everything just stops and if the game auto paused when you checked your inventory you would just see everything freeze. Imagine a situation like Zelda Breath of the Wild where you take a lot of damage and then you eat a full course meal while everyone is just frozen in place like statues.
