Outsourcing Tech Support Overseas Doesn't Just Save Companies On Labor Cost, But Ineffective Telephonic Service Probably Drives Up The Number Of Technician House Visits...Thus Generating More Profit.

Just spent 2.5 hours on the Xfinity line talking to 7 different Indians who had no idea what I was saying and no ability to help at all. Could have fixed the problem in 3 minutes talking to a US tech, but that is impossible.

I don't think I've ever had a single issue solved by a foreign tech support person, have you?
