I also feel vulnerable when I take a poop. I've heard that many other humans feel this way as well. Is there any reason why this is? It's almost like our biology is reinforcing the fact that urinating or pooping next to people is wrong by making us feel uncomfortable. I always get this stinging feeling in the soles of my feet just before urine comes out. Urinating feels good, but the act of it effects my feet. Pooping also makes my feet curl. Are these normal feelings? I don't hear much about them.
