I didn't know where to post this so I hope this is an okay place? I used to love cereal and ice cream a lot, however I started to get stomach pains within 30 minutes to an hour after consuming dairy such as straight milk, ice cream, boba, etc. I tried staying away from milk for awhile but when school started again I began drinking milk, etc again, but I'm still getting stomachaches after dairy consumption. I don't know if this is considered lactose intolerance as I haven't asked a doctor yet (I have an appointment in a couple weeks). I've heard there is a way to reintroduce milk after growing an intolerance? I'm sorry I'm not very knowledgeable about the subject. My friend used to eat a lot of strawberries until she grew an allergy to it. After that she didn't eat strawberries for a few years, and now she can eat strawberries just fine. Is this similar? Sorry if I'm being mindboggling dumb right now.
