I was worried this wouldn't fly in r/ask as it's technically personal and technically advice.
If two people wish to apply for an apartment, but 1 has bad credit and the other good, provided the person with good credit makes 3x the rent, should they leave the other person off the lease or is the total income the more prevalent factor?
