So I am going to try as hard as I can here to give as much detail about this movie as I can, but I haven't seen it in over 6 years so some details about the setting/plot may be off.
It was very similar to Shutter Island (which I just watched because I thought this was it, but it wasn't), where some guy is at a mental hospital or something and becomes convinced that he is crazy by the doctors there. He eventually gives in and accepts the fact that he is indeed crazy until the end of the movie where he sees something that makes him realize he isn't crazy.
I think he sees a piece of clothing or something on the top of a chain link fence. This clothing (I think?) is proof that he is not crazy because he remembers wearing it before he came to the mental hospital.
The details might be a tad off, but the idea is that the doctors convince him that he is crazy and he has been there for a long time, he finally accepts it, then he sees something that is proof that he is in fact not crazy.
I wish I could give more detail on this but that is all I really remember, I am hoping you movie buffs could help me identify this movie. Thanks a ton!!
