Where do I even start?
I do try to work out when I can but I really want to take it up a notch. I also try to eat as healthy as possible(but lately I've been stress eating.) I've been yoyo dieting and I really want to stop. For my mental and physical health. I just need a basic guideline or at least some good tips and advice to get it going.
With the coronavirus going on, I need a personal goal to focus and work on at home.
