Now like the title suggests I need help finding, or better said remembering the name of a film I used to watch as a child, I don't remember much except a few details that I hope can be of some help, I remember it involved a female godlike figure giving life to constellations which then took on either a human or animal form on the world of the movie, and a specific scene I remember is of a sly character (probably represented by a fox or something of the like) is stuck in a well and asks a more good natured character(represented by a tortoise I believe) to help him out of said well and that character being reluctant to help as the sly character had been mischievous, I am talking about a film from the 2000's or sooner as I watched it during my childhood. Any help is appreciated
