A couple years back I watched this movie with my dad and I’m trying to figure out what it is because I cannot for the life of me find it on google. It was this animated movie (the animation was close to making the characters look very realistic from what I remember) about these ghost/alien type creatures phasing through humans and killing them. All I really remember about the plot of the movie was at the end this black character in a turret died, a skinny white guy and girl died trying to hold off the “monsters”, and the captain went off on a final attempt to try and kill the “monsters”. There was a woman (possibly a doctor) and possibly another character that survived and escaped on a space ship. I have no recollection of any other aspect of the movie besides the majority of the characters dying at the end and some woman (possibly doctor) character survived. Apologies for the vague information, if anyone knows anything I would appreciate any assistance given.
