What's an example of a horror/disaster/zombie film where the survivors are in a basement or other closed-off area and one dude starts freaking out and undermines the whole group?

I'm trying to think of examples of movies where you have a bunch of characters who are trying to survive, but then there's one person who can't keep their shit together and starts undermining anything. I feel like it's a common trope, but searching TV Tropes hasn't exactly gave me the results I'm looking for.
