When I was a kid I watched a movie, and i havent been able to remember anything other than one scene.
There is a room, looks like an underwater station. There is a circle in the center with water (like where divers go in). At some point there is a snake-like creature that comes out of the water, but it's made of water.
Super specific, I know....
